A business analyst collects and analyzes data to help improve the operations, ensure the team meets the business demand of customers, and works to make processes more efficient. They perform a variety of job duties such as data visualization, compliance monitoring, identifying problems in workflow, analyzing costs and benefits, teaching and coaching others, and suggesting improvements.

Job Description:

• Design and implement business solutions using Office365
• Create document libraries and organize cloud storage
• Construct low code/no code application
• Perform Business Analysis and create custom reporting solution
• Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with internal customers, teammates and vendors while promoting company initiatives and values
• Assist in promoting a positive image and inter-business relationship with business partners and vendors
• Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes

Skills & Abilities

• 3+ year experience using Microsoft SharePoint, One Drive
• 5+ year experience using advanced Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge developing PowerApps applications
• Experience automating business processes with Power Automate (Flow)
• Power BI experience; understanding of how to implement BI dashboards with multiple data sources
• Ability to multitask and maintain effectiveness with multiple priorities
• Entry-level understanding of basic supply chain processes
• Professional communication skills are essential when conversing and negotiating with individuals inside and outside the company
• Ability to conceptualize basic projects and foresee challenges and needs to be addressed
• Ability to research and determine the best method to provide leadership to projects
• Experience working to improve all aspects of the supply chain by streamlining steps

Education and/ or Work Experience:

• College degree in BS/BA, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance.
• Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic/Intermediate knowledge of SQL (helpful but not required)
