Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain and processes entries related to Capital Asset schedules
· Fixed Asset accounting
· Assist in asset change process additions, transfers, etc.
· Monitor leased assets and process related entries
· Assist in preparing information for lease vs. buy recommendations
· Prepare and enter General Ledger entries
· Update prepaid accounts and complete amortization entries
· Prepare support for and enter accrued expenses
· Complete balance sheet account reconciliations
· Complete intercompany account reconciliations
· Maintain and reconcile lease expense information
· Prepare and enter lease expense entries
· Prepare reports for corporate
· Prepare support to submit for audit request
· Answer accounting questions by researching and interpreting data
· Assist with other duties as necessary

· Excellent written and oral communication skills
Education and/ or Work Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business
· Knowledge of the principles and practices of accounting/auditing
· 2-3 years of GL Accounting experience
· Knowledge of the principles of internal control systems
· Audit and SOX experience
