Rebuild of the existing single circuit 69kV H-frame wood pole line Pleasanton-Three Rivers transmission line. Project entailed a 41.2-miles rebuilt to 138kV standards using single steel poles and 795 ACSS Drake conductor, with an OPGW in the shield position.
